Searching for a caregiver can mean sorting through names, messages, availability, and recommendations—all while making an important decision for someone you love.

I bring structure to that process. I learn about your loved one, organize caregiver information, and help you narrow the options around your family’s priorities.

You decide whom to meet and whom, if anyone, to hire. I help you approach those decisions with more clarity.

I review information from my caregiver network and applications. When needed, I can share your family’s opportunity to reach additional interested caregivers.

Together, we consider experience, availability, communication, and household preferences. Your family’s priorities guide the search.

I can help narrow the search to people your family may want to consider. Your family independently interviews, chooses, hires, schedules, pays, and supervises the caregiver.

Families are encouraged to conduct their own interviews, reference checks, credential verification, and other due diligence before engaging a caregiver and to obtain appropriate legal, tax, insurance, medical, or financial guidance when necessary.

Faye Care & Co. does not diagnose medical conditions, establish plans of care, provide medical advice, or make clinical decisions. Medical or skilled healthcare needs should be addressed with an appropriately licensed healthcare professional or provider.

Participation in the Faye Caregiver Network does not create an employment relationship with Faye Care & Co. and does not guarantee that a caregiver will receive an introduction, interview, engagement, placement, particular rate of compensation, number of hours, or continuing work.
